KC Johnson, the brilliant Brooklyn College professor who has been all over Nifong on his blog for many months, posted yesterday that Congressman Walter B. Jones (R-NC) has called for a Justic Department investigation into the misconduct of Nifong.

Nifong is going down. The only question is, how hard.

I am not so sure. This is a defeatocrat area. The more corrupt the defeatocrat is the more defeatocrats like him. Look at what just happened to William Jefferson in his defeatocrat district in LA. Did I mention I do not like defeatocrats?
