No charges were filed against Swift.

Why???? Obviously Swift looks the other way when confirming an employees' ID.

Stop the Corporations form hiring illegals and the illegals will have no where to work.

They are probably contract workers. This raid is nothing...let me know when they sweep up illegals by the tens of thousands.

Not that I condone businesses who hire illegals...but from what I have heard these people arrested are also suspected of identity theft...the company can run ss# and the names match. I don't know the answer to all of this but deporting this lot is a good start..and jailing those who have stolen honest hard working american's identities, so they can milk the sacred cow...is also a good start.

It isn't obvious at all that Swift "looked the other way." This problem has been building for 40 years. It is like Iraq, it is going to take pressure, pressure, pressure before things get better.

Homeland Security said that there was an ID theft ring involved. Run the SSN of a potential employee and it comes back good because it is good--it belongs to someone who had an electronic medical record on a stolen laptop.
