Syupposedly the purpose of the hijab and burqa is to keep the men from lusting after them and acting on their 'natural impulse' to rape them. Under normal circumstances you would think that not having the veil and burqa would make the women want to move faster to get away from those lusty men. But after having seen this woman's pic, she definitely has more men chasing her when she wears the full veil than without it.
So if dressing scantily makes rape more likely, then why is it that Alaska’s rape rate is 2.4 times the national average?
