Every day at 5:00 pm following the "top-of-the-hour" CBS radio newscast (here in the Philly area) there is a segment called "Katie Couric's Notebook" and Katie offers about a minute of commentary. Today, incredibly, Katie's commentary was about the incoming Chair of the House Intelligence Committee, Reyes, and how he "didn't have a clue" about the various terror organizations.

"And that's a page from my notebook."
