I've been watching for it since I saw my first tv ads for "interest-only" mortgages and "equity harvesting"..

hyper-inflated real estate prices. More and more Americans financed and refinanced their homes to buy new SUVs, digital televisions and fancy kitchens. But the problem is much larger than greed and excessive spending on fancy junk made overseas. The problem is evolving more every day. Take a peek at this video that predicts the
"End of Suburbia" Think in terms of gasoline prices going up constantly for the next five years. Think in terms of the average family dumping their SUVs for tiny diesels. Think in terms of a new Middle East Crisis coming every year.
