Will the Shelbourne Development Group purchase enough fire engine ladder trucks tall enough to reach the top of the structure to prevent people from jumping to their deaths during a major fire??

2,000 feet? Do I read that right?
Wouldn't that make it the tallest building in the world? Not just the tallest ~residential~ building?
I believe the tallest "occupied floor" is still the Sears Tower. Also Chicago. But this looks like it'll blow the doors off of that one by some several hundred feet.

Looks like a giant candy cane. All it needs is a red stripe. (And thus, it's only a matter of time until the ACLU steps in!)

It will not include a broadcast antenna, nor a hotel or retail space. They will hide the antennas but they will be there. When you are getting paid thousands per month, the landlord finds a way.

Its a very unique design. Looks like a piece of modern artwork. Looks nice right there on the waterfront.
Trump is going to be pissed. He thought he was going to have the tallest residential tower in Chicago for some time.
Will be interesting how all these massive condo tower projects I've seen proping up all across the the US, like the Bravern project in Seattle, are going to complete as real estate prices continue to flatline or go lower.
