"It is a crime to deny the Holocaust in a dozen European countries, including Germany and Austria."

Now this is where I have a major problem.

If you have truth on your side, what is your reason to criminalize questions and criticism?

There are lefties in this country who adamantly deny that millions of people died after we bugged out on our allies in Vietnam and Cambodia, even though I lived through that period in refugee camps and saw first hand the destruction.

Should I insist on passing a law that would have those lefties jailed? Or just let truth do the justice?

Everyone is free to their opinions. Even if they are ignorant and stupid.

But since when do we criminalize ignorance and stupidity?

.....I have the same problem as you do. And I also agree with your sentence..."if you have truth on your side, whst is your reason to criminalize questions and criticism?"

We should just let them run off at the mouth, better yet, let there be a serious world debate with both sides bringing forth their facts, and let it be done once and for all.
