Yes, it changes the idiotic in vehicle rules.

All one has to do now, from what I read, is notify the officer that he has a permit and he (and hopefully she as well) is carrying a firearm.

Common sense is making progress.

I travel to Ohio, Pa. a few times a year.
Now if W. Va. would reciprocate w/ other States beside Va. my trips would be much safer.
