It sure has been interesting how the Rabbi has been back tracking and trying to blame the whole thing on the Sea-Tac authorities.I haven't been following the story too closely...but is it possible that the Rabbi is not even a US citizen? Since it's an airport, it might be possible this guy just visits the states? This might make his ability to civilly sue more difficult? Actually, is the airport even public..If its private, how why the heck should the establishment clause fit in to all of this?

I'm pretty sure he's a citizen. He lives and works in Seattle. He has a radio program. I wondered if he did it for publicity.

Probably not, he's a Jew after all.
But no, it wouldn't matter, furriners get to sue here anyway.
And the airport is public. That's why they have non-religious Holiday Trees. The private vendors at the airport get to put up Christmas Trees. They could even put up Menorahs or Crescents.
