Did you happen to read the first four words of the paragraph from which you quote a news report?

"According to misleading news stories"

This entire piece by Medved is to correct the erroneous reports that the Rabbi sought removal of the trees (which I understand the airport now admits)

It is the airport, which so uncertain of their stance to deny the Menorah, went crazy on the trees.

It would be like a landlord sued on account of discrimination, then refusing to rent to anyone or even burning down his building.

Dude. Medved wrote this. He is a friend of a friend. You don't think that his OPINION is somewhat slanted compared to the truth??? He is nothing more than a movie critic, not an investigative reporter and certainly not unbiased.

We have endured years of ACLU lawyers riding roughshod over small towns--squads of smug suits suing against the most nominal of Christian symbols in public--it's bullying. It's mafia-esque. It is SPITE. This Rabbi just loaded one two many straws on the backs of traditional Americans.

Lawsuits RUIN people. They ruin lives and families and communities. That's why they WORK to vent the resentments and spite of those who hire the lawyers in the first place.
