When a Republican running as a conservative loses, you always say it was the candidates fault the election was lost. When a Republican running as a liberal loses, you always blame the voters for the loss. Is that really fair or logical? How do you justify this double standard?

Your statement is UNTRUE.

The voters are always the one with the last say.

It's the voter's fault when they nominate a conservative who has no chance of winning in a general election and it's the voters fault, when they don't turn out to support their candidate.
