You don't have trials for enemy combatants during a war. In my view they don't have any rights. If I were King a bounty would be placed on the head of each Wahabi or Shia cleric in Saudi Arabia, Iran, or Iraq. A dead Islamic Fascist is like a dead Marxist, a gift to God.

I'd rather lose the Republic then abandon the rule of law and the code of human decency.
