I don't see the problem with the conference. They publicly stated that they would admit if proved. So, prove it to them. Insist on a broadcast and recorded conference. Then settle it.

There are laws in Europe that sanction speaking evil of the the loss of Jewish lives in Germany. If there are laws there must be absolute proof, or there can be no law.

Show the world and end the debate. If you throw a fit on the floor and refuse to present validation for the event in question, you lend credence to those who would deny it happened.

Why isn't this common sense?

What you say sounds reasonable to me. As I believe Winston Churchill said, "Jaw, Jaw is better than War, War" or to put it another way, talking is preferable to fighting. Let them talk all they want.

1. It is settled fact.
2. While I don't like speech laws, thesea re not martyrs. They are propogandists who continuosly lie. Most recently David Irving sued Deborah Lipstadt to have this settled. He lost.
The Liberty Lobby and CODOH offored a million dollars to annyone who could prove that they gas chambers were used to kill people. They refused to pay up, when challenged with facts.

Currently, Iran has just revoked the visa of an Israeli-Arab who was going to come speak about the reality of the Holocaust.
