Dec. 9 (UPI) -- British and Danish troops arrested five followers of Moqtada Sadr in the largest operation conducted by coalition forces in the southern Iraq city of Basra.
The nighttime amphibious raid involved 800 British soldiers and 200 Danes with support from tanks, helicopters and boats. They raided houses near the Shatt al-Arab waterway, The Independent reported.
Soldiers found arms in one house that included Katyusha rockets, bombs, rifles, rocket-propelled grenades, plastic explosive and fuses. Computers were also seized, the newspaper said.

The most important part of the article in my opinion.
The troops should have taken out the whole bunch of them.
It seems as if nothing has been learned from any of these actions.
These terrorists fighting under the flag of Mookie, will return
to fight another day. The next time they might succeed in their mission.
Good news. I hope the computers are loaded with helpful info.
GO TROOPS!
Good news.
Now what about the other 59,995?
They used 1000 guys and only got 5 of the enemy?
Maybe it means that there were only 5 that survived to be captured. Yeah, sure that what it means.
Now get ready to wipe out the whole bunch when they come to get the 5 you captured. Remember a while ago when Sadr sent 800 guys to capture a whole town to get 1 of his guys released, then turned the town back to the citizens?
1000 to get 5. Not a very good ratio. Try it again--have another raid--I'm sure you will do better the next time.
