This is no surprise. the democrats havent got a clue as to what has been going on, They have been so busy tormenting President Bush they havent tried to learn. Now that they have it in their hands they havent got a clue.

Because a "BIPARTISAN " ISG with Meese--Eagleberger and Baker ( all former high ranking members of GOP administrations) has given them all the cover they need
They don't need any plans or anything at all for that matter .All they have to do for the next 2 years is SHOUT
IMPLEMENT THE ***BIPARTISAN*** ISG RECCOMENDATIONS
