hmmmm wonder why Italians born to immigrants in NY in 1930 were not citizens till their parents were naturalized?I don't know. The Constitution seems pretty clear: All persons born or naturalized in the United States and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside.
