It's a placeholder, meaning "Bump For Later". It puts it on my "My Messages" list, so I can check back at a later time. Like today, for instance.

But as somebody else pointed out, I better go grab the PDF and archive it if I want to see it too much later. The Donks will never let this stay on the server for long.
