To be honest...I can't believe they haven't done things like this already...it would destroy the U.S. economy and especially the shopping season for Christmas as people would fear going to the stores. The more likely scenario, and the reason they do not do it, is because too many Americans are armed and the outcome would probably quickly lead to (after several "events") some kind of open season on anyone suspected of being remotely affiliated with such groups.

In Texas and smaller areas, you are right. In more liberal big cities it would lead to mass conversions to Islam.
