You can see the respect that man carries.
Don Rumsfeld, Warrior and Patriot.
Should be able to find it here,

later today.
I caught him in the middle of basically describing what our military is doing as reported in the book Imperial Grunts. A great man and I hope he does write a autobio. It should be a think book as he has been on the go since the 50's. I will most definitly buy and read it.
People walked by him like he was another Joe, acting like it was no big deal. But as they got about 10 feet past him, their faces lit up and they nodded to each other.
Some Generals hated him, but most LOVED the guy. Why? He was and is a frickin LEADER.
I know an SES who served during the Sec Cohen plague. He described him as (and I quote): "The worst excuse for a man I ever met."
Rummy, by comparison, was a fearless leader and SECDEF.
We are now a poorer nation that he is departing.
*ping*
Did anyone stop to think that the reason the military strategy in Iraq is not working as well as we all hoped it would is....
DRUM ROLL PLEASE
The enemy has guns and ammunition too?
I hate to give the islamofascists credit, but every time the USA is faced with an enemy who actually punches back, that doesn't mean you go run to your mommy Nancy Pelosi.
