Yes it is TOTALLY unacceptable - and on many levels!
Just for starters this report makes no mention, nor does it factor in, the negative impact of suppressed wage rates in many jobs - i.e. as caused by swarms of new "ILLEGALs" that come in and agree to work for even lower wages.
The argument that most of these jobs are ones that Americans would be unwilling to do is a false argument

I would not mind paying 25% more for my agriculture products, etc. if it would bring the immigration problem under control. The market will always adjust to the supply of labor available. Capitalism works!
