Socialist states are more heavily impacted by illegals.
In California, we don't even consider the cost of providing bi-lingual services like phone, signage, etc.. which costs money and when accumulated, gets very expensive.
Not to mention all of those jobs requiring Spanish speakers lost to Americans who aren't interested in learning Spanish.
