King, 41, was allegedly involved in a disturbance at a Pasadena clothing store on Tuesday at 6 p.m.

"Can't we all just get a 42-long?"

Police officers were called to the scene and found two outstanding misdemeanor warrants for King.

You're age 41, Rodney. You've had a whole riot in your honor.

Grow up.

At first I thought that King was dumber than he appeared for staying in the LA area after "the incident." On the other hand if he carried on the way he has since then in any other city he probably would be in jail or buried by now. Maybe he is smarter than he appears.

"King was arrested without incident."

At least Rodney learned something from his experience.

Can someone please explain to me how it came to be in America that anyone, let alone this lowlife mutant, can be arrested with two outstanding bench warrants against him and he is RELEASED the next day???? The gas chamber sounds like a better alternative!

You folks are missing the big news. He was ARRESTED. For a long time the various LEO agencies in So Cal had a very strick rule of 'do not touch Rodney King'. So something must have happened to change that or Mr. King was about to get his arese handed to him and the cops took protective action on his behalf.

Anyone recall Bill Bradley pounding his podium to mimick the "beating" of Rodney King? Truly one of the most disgraceful displays in Senate history.

King's real problem was and probably is drug addiction of some sort.

Do you think the Sharptons, Jacksons etc. give a rip about
helping him with his real problem? If they can prove his addiction is caused by "racism", they'll talk about it but he won't get the advice he really needs.

Rodney King needs to be drug-free, get it. Only Rodney can decide to clean himself up. I don't think he's there yet.

Can't we all just loot the city and burn our neighborhoods down over mock outrage over a POS resisting arrest?
