government sponsored insurance similar to the flood insurance
It makes no sense to insure bldgs in flood zones. People shouldn't build in flood zones nor build on beaches in storm areas. If they do it should be at their own risk, not mine.
About 30 to 40 percent of this country's population lives in a flood zonebetween rivers adn the coast.
