A southerner can win for the Democrats--that's my point. And after George W. Bush, who has had the same effect on Republicans in the northeast that Clinton had on Democrats in the South, the possibility has been foreclosed in the future.

Southerners will not tolerate the social liberals. There may very well be a third party for a conservative candidate. If that is what the Giuliani people want, they will get it. To win the Presidency, you better win ALL the North and West, because the Central and Southern U.S. will have no part of an abortionist, gun-grabbing amnesty proponent.
