The bloated federal bureaucracy is a matter of big government. The Founders never envisoned a federal budget that is 20% of GDP. Right now, abortion rights are based on federal law of Roe V Wade. The 2nd amendments RKBA is based on the Bill of Rights and Constitutional law. Amnesty rights for illegal aliens is being advanced through a federal law. The gay agenda keeps fighting for special rights for homos, based on some equal rights found nowhere in the federal Constitution. What states rights are you talking about?
