"I don't know why we're here, Bernie," Rep. Sherrod Brown (Ohio) quipped to a fellow senator-elect, Rep. Bernard Sanders (I-Vt.), as the guests walked into the dining room.I don't know why they are there either. They are nothing but commies.

Prediction, Obama will be Hillary's running mate.I have a hard time believing Hillary would choose anyone who could upstage her as a running mate. Someone bland and nondescript like Bill Richardson would be her pick. doesn't need Obama for the black vote - she'll get that anyhow, but Richardson could help her with the Latino vote. Richardson is a Clintonista and has been for a LONG time. They can control and manage Richardson. Wonder if they've already made a deal with him behind the scenes and that's why he's getting his face and name out there now.
I also think Hillary and her crowd are somewhat peeved that a young upstart like Obama has upset their apple cart. They'll make sure Obama will learn a valuable lesson - in the Democrat party, you have to earn your dues and wait your turn.

Obama is the most clever speaker I have heard in a long time. While you're listening to him, you think "wow" but after he walks off stage, you think "What did he say?"...because he said NOTHING!!
Watch for all the "IS"'s in his speeches.

and of course, many don't care what you say, it is how you say it.
the media will want a charismatic liberal and they will get one. Once the media gets what they want, the sheeple will come out.

Its starting to look like this country will lose in 08. It looks likely that we end up with Hilary or Obama versus Rudy or McCain. So it'll be two left liberals, a liberal RINO, or a crazy man. We badly need a strong conservative candidate to surface.

I agree. Her ego is too big. I think though that Obama could likely beat her in a primary. A lot of Democrats are scared of Hilary too.

We badly need a strong conservative candidate to surface. I agree .. but we also lost a few possibilities in the last election

She isn't as good a liar as Bill. And her lecturing speech style sucks. Mark my words, she will tank when she has to speak to a national audience.
I'll bet $5.00 she won't be the candidate. Watch Evan Bayh, the young socialist as the dark horse.

God help us if either one of them gets into the White House.
It will be the worst 4 years this nation has ever seen.
