I haven't eaten green onions whether restaurant or supermarket-bought, since 2003. No big loss, but the spinach contamination bugs me, since we (used to) use a lot of it, both raw and frozen. We're all gonna die, but getting really, really sick from a freaking veggie just ain't worth it, and given the bucks and politics involved in the Mexico connection, I don't exactly have a whole lot of faith in the FDA to come up with either a definitive answer, or a solution.
