Baker ran from the battlefield, too afraid to finish the job. That he dares to be on a committee to criticize this President is the height of arrogance on his part.
That has a lot of competition in the "height of arrogance" department with Baker's pronouncement from on high that we should just take the Golan Heights from Israel and give it to Syria.
That one item right there ought to be enough for any real thinking person to know where this report belongs (hint - mine's under my desk).
