Nebraska just passed a Conceal carry law...the hoops one will need to jump through shows this lady's comments for what they are...knee jerk histeria.
One of the more restrictive "shall issue" ones.
Y'all need to get some reciprocity into that law, so I can carry when I'm up there visiting my family and in-laws.
I hate having to unload the handgun and put it in the trunk when I cross the Kansas border, and then retrieve it and reload when I cross the Oklahoma (which has reciprocity with Texas) border on the way back down.
