I just asked my kids if they knew who the student is and when they told me I was dumbfounded. This kid is one of the most popular kids in school, gets good grades, does very, very well in sports and is as clean cut as you can get. There is a good chance this incidence will cost his kid a scholarship. Yep I believe Mckinney is toast on this one. The sad thing is the taxpayers of Kanawha county are going to have to pay for it.

At least his parents have the money to sue...and hopefuly, win. Most parents don't, and the school districts know they can get away with murder.
What has to happen is that students all over the nation should start 'snitching' on the principals who blackmail them to Crimestoppers and outfits like that. What goes around...can come around.
