I agree with Prager's second recommendation. Ellison should carry both books of worship.
Do you know how this process works?
The entire incoming House members take the oath at the same time from their respective assigned seats. They are allowed to carry the Bible version of their choice or no book at all.
Did you know Republican Senator Gordon Smith from Oregon carried the Book of Mormon and the Bible when he took his oath?
I do believe CAIR should go to he!!.
