They're talking about a body.How do you know it's just a body? Did the authorities say it that way?

FOX just confirmed a "body" was spotted. I'm praying he's just lost consciousness due to hypothermia, but if that were the case I doubt they'd be calling him a "body." They are saying they haven't identified the body, though.
