Just handed it in a few hours ago.
My last paper was an exploratory essay. The topic I chose for that - as per the professor's conditions - would be the topic I would have to put on my research paper.
I chose abortion, even knowing how controversial it is.
The exploratory essay was basically a simple assignment of exploring the issue in question (abortion) and ask questions without giving any answers.
Considering the five page limit, I still managed to get out questions about how abortion is tied into society, culture, religion, politics, fatherhood, teen pregnancy, and women's role in the debate. I was only one point away from an A...all because my citation was rather lacking (I did better for my final paper though, so I should do fine).
my hubby Cyrano did that 'question' thing in an email with someone who said he'd go along with his g/f's decision to abort, should she get pregnant. Even though he wanted kids and planned to marry her.
Cyrano, do you have a copy of that somewhere?
