That sounds to me like a call for Affirmative Action for Hispanics.
Hispanics already are eligible for racial preferences. It is a disgrace that neither our elected leaders or the media has not devoted any attention to the insane and ever-growing collision between mass immigration and racial preferences.
Huckabee sufferes from a severe case of white guilt, and is unable to think clearly about this matter as a result. Sadly, it seems that almost all GOP contenders for 08 would be as bad or worse on immigration than president Bush, and that's not easy considering how terrible Bush is. Romeny may be an exception, but its hard to get a read on that guy.
