...like what? No Daddy and a Mommy on crack, welfare and food stamps created by the likes of Obama? This is called, "continuing education for future voters". We (the govmt) have helped millions since the 1960's. Now that they're dying off, it's time to create other "worthwhile" causes to further enhance our voter data base. Next up, "Grandkids in Distressed Situations"!
