Specter is just weird--his speech, his thought processes (obvious from his speaking process), his voice, his face--all of it.

His politics are worse than weird. How could people vote for him--worse yet, how could the Repub hotshots and big boys support him? Supporting people
like him and Chaffee is what makes patsies out of repubs. It is tooooo stupid.

Incumbents get supported by their political parties. There is NOTHING at all "weird" about that. It's the way politics works and it's past time that you learned that. But nobody says that you have to like it.

People vote for all kinds of candidates that others don't understand, so don't expect an explanation; especially from me. LOL

What YOU and others here have to understand, is that in some places ( R.I. being one of them ) the chances of getting the populace to elect even a mildly conservative GOPer is none to nil.

With PA going hard blue, specter will be voted out and an even more marxist loon will reside in his seat. No worries... he will finally be gone! I hate to lose the seat, but I will not miss him for a nanosecond!
