Iran announced yesterday details of a conference questioning whether the Holocaust really happened, . . . The foreign ministry said "intellectuals and researchers" from 30 countries - including Britain - would attend Studying the Holocaust: An international view, in Tehran on Monday and Tuesday.

"Islamic group wants critic of Muslim U.S. congressman off of Holocaust Museum council"

Jimmy Carter.
Hugo Chavez.
The ghost of Arafart.
This should prove to people how demented these leftists really are. They want to try to prove there was no Holocaust and therefore Israel deserves to be destroyed.
It's hate-Israel all over again just like in 1938. I'm shocked .. but I suppose I shouldn't be.
I've known this was coming .. and the attacks will probably be worse and worse against Israel. Then Isaiah 17:1 will happen - and everything will change.
I hope people are getting their churches ready.
It seems like just yesterday that Jews were a special, protected minority which the liberals were convinced were threatened by evil conservative Christians. Once the Muslims expressed their total hatred of America in the 9-11 attacks, they became the liberals' new best friends, and the Jews were thrown under the bus.
Sadly, I think they were thrown under the bus a long time ago .. they just didn't know it.
When I read stuff like this, I feel like I have fallen down Alice's rabbit hole.
I know just what you mean. We seemed to have come so far and now everything seems to be going to hell in a handbasket.
A lady called in to Rush today saying the same thing. She was commending Rush for staying optimistic - and I know exactly how she felt because I've been feeling that way too.
I have become completely morose about it; I'm so mad at everybody I could just slap the crap out of the first person who says something stupid.
I was just ugly to my father-in-law, the Democrat; he believes what he hears and then repeats it as if he's been at some conference on politics.
He just couldn't wait to vote against the GOP to "end this war," until I pointed out that he must not care that his great grandchildren are going to have to fight them right here. He shut up then.
But he started back later about Bush and I just let him go on and on and then I said, "You're gonna love paying that extra money for your drugs now, aren't you? You're just gonna love having your Social Security benefit cut and the amount you pay go up, and your tax breaks repealed, right?"
He swore up and down I was wrong.........that it's not going to happen, but he knows I'm never wrong about stuff like that.
I just wanted to slap the chit out of him.
I was told by Hugh Hewitt not to back away too far - because we were needed on the front lines.
However, the election is over, the holidays are upon me, I have 3 major projects underway and I'm dealing with the loss of 3 close family members in a 5 mo span. I too feel overwhelmed a little.
But .. I'm taking a marketing class to help with the 3 projects, I'm planning on spending a full day with my son and his wife and 3 grand-girls for the holidays. And .. I basically listen to Rush and Hugh Hewitt (and my local guy Mark Larson). They're all pretty upbeat .. but I get the real scoop. It keeps me from totally freaking out.
My youngest sister won't speak to me because I'm A REPUBLICAN. What's really funny about that is our mom was a republican too - something my youngest sister never knew. My mom (even with her dementia) got so mad at the TV she would throw stuff at it - and I had to stop her from watching the news so much .. LOL!
It's really too soon for me to get involved in the political process now .. and like you I'm so disgusted with so many on my side of the isle, I just don't want to think about it right now.
God! How I love typos and unintentionally funny misspellings!
I'm sure you meant "my side of the aisle," but I would love to be on that island with you!
I thought we were in Aruba!
If you want to go to Aruba, make sure you don't mistype that as Arabia!
"Oh, waiter. I say, waiter! Darn it! Why can't I get that waiter's attention?"
