If you like NYC's trans fat law, look at Chicago's proposed ban. They want to actually specify that it will only affect businesses who have under 20 million of annual sales. So, target the little guy? Aren't these the same HYPOCRATS that supposedly hate Walmart? Yet another law that is only imposed on some.
