Well, I believe Rush is wrong about the Dems wanting to loose the war. They won the election by providing the enemy with the a strategy to win (Vietnam). Now that the election is over they are working on 2008. To win 2008 they need to prove Bush wrong (thus the Levin orgasm). McCain has a slightly different approach. He need to show he was right about more troops. None of this has anything to do with the war. Iraq will settle down and the Dem will take credit just in time for the 2008 cycle.
