misstated the truth when it said none of its officers or employees was tied to any vendor providing services or goods. I think we're going to see the same thing with MCDC. Maureen Otis is listed as an officer, and her firm is getting lots of "caging fees" from MCDC, yet the IRS report recently made public says none of the officers have a relationship with any of the businesses making money off MCDC....I'm surprised Seper didn't catch that.
