Isn't this just consistent with the new "American Way" in all things:

ACLU stops anything that they don't like by filing lawsuits on behalf of small, secular interests, and activist Liberal Judges re-interpret the Constitution to accommodate them?

Secular Minority interests and the PC-crowd force minorities to gain rights that are UNAVAILABLE to the majority, often just by claiming that it "offends" them.

There is no true Democracy left, so long as minor interests control the issues through the Activist Courts and through extortion via threats of Civil Suits.

Lincoln Chaffee deserves the blame here. He'd never let Bolton's nomination out of committee.
