But the question is, how long does one continue to blindly vote GOP with the hopes that their agenda will be advanced. It sure hasn't happened much at all in the last 6 years. We got promises that were never fulfilled. And now the leading GOP candidates are Rudy & McCain? Sorry, if that's the best that the GOP can put forth for President, then its time to move elsewhere. If that relegates conservatives to a long time minority position then so be it. I would rather be in a minority that holds to their principles than to be in a majority that compromises their principles.
Instead of whining, how about working for change? You accomplish absolutely nothing by sitting on the sidelines. It's also a good idea to take what you can get when you can get it.
I don't like McCain. I won't vote for him in the primary. He's an egomaniac, only cares about himself, but he is far from a RINO. He has a lifetime ACU rating of 83. He's got a "progressive score" of 14.15 from ProgressivePunch. These are far from perfect, but they're also far from RINO.

Could you be more specific? Who made you those promises that were not fulfilled? The President, your Senators, House Representative? I know very well they didn't make you a promise as a group the wasn't kept. Why do you blame the Republican Party as a whole? Take out your frustrations on the individual that lied to you but do what is right and support those that didn't.
Was it the Republican leadership as a whole that you think mislead you? I am part of the Republican leadership on a local basis and I sure didn't lie to you. Do you want me to resign also? Let me know what you think. I might as well resign because I sure get tired of working my behind off every election trying to get good candidates to run, seeking funds and support for them while fighting back against the Democrats and fending off disgruntled, whining Republicans at the same time.
