When this passes and Pres. Bush signs it look for a massive tax increase to follow. There will have to be one to pay for the new massive welfare programs not to mention new schools (with Spanish speaking teachers), new medical facilities and prisons. As a welfare state we can not afford the huge influx of new citizens that will be placed on the rolls. It isn't like we will be getting the best and the brightest!
