Big business wants this Big labor wants this Big religion wants this and Big government wants this Therefor they will get it.
Well then, let THEM pay for it. An individual taxpayer/consumer won't be able to avoid all of this cost (implicit and explicit); however, there will be times when one can avoid some of it or most of it.
