I doubt that this will ever make it to court. These kinds of outrages happen fairly regularly, and I can't remember a successful prosecution. Prosecutions themselves are very rare.
That is kind of what I thought. Kind of a rarity then, especially in California, that that the likes of Scott Peterson was convicted of the death of his UNBORN child. Don't you think that killing anyone that is alive is killing, no matter which way it is done! Why are these people given a pass?
