If he beat her leading to her death it would hardly be involutary manslaughter. It would be second degree murder.

Why in God's name would ANYONE in 1992-3 hide medical evidence for a NOBODY? Who would go out on a limb for MS when there was NOTHING for them to gain by it and everything (including their freedom) to lose. You think becoming an accessory after the fact to murder is something people do lightly?

Sorry but these speculations are just too bizarre for me to accept.

I don't think he did beat her, though her injuries were consistent with a beating or a severe auto wreck.

Michael hid the documents, or some documents. Terri was his ward. He could and did control her records. He is also alleged by several nurses to have tampered with their med charts. What has the "nobody" got to do with it? The bone scan was incriminating. Maybe other documents were too.

Quite a few of Terri's medical records have never been made public. They may be hidden, or may have been destroyed or lost over the years. Nobody seems to know.

But then, some keep coming to light. Gary Fox had a bunch of old files that helped the M.E., Dr. Thogmartin, with his autopsy. Maybe others will surface.

And what is unusual about domestic violence? It is, to repeat, the most common cause of injury and death in young women. It's the first place to look. Columbo would have told you that :-) Remember how hormonal we were when we were a bit younger?
