That is a perfect example of a crackpot legal theory. Few people have ever been given the protection and consideration of the law that Terri had. Years of hearing and expert opinions were involved.

The Fugative Slave Law has as much to do with Terri as does Santa Claus. And this nut says
"Not only am I convinced that judicial impeachment applies here, I am convinced that it applies to every federal judge in the chain from the district court judge who first received the case under the act signed by President Bush, through the appeals judges of the 11th Circuit, to all nine sitting members of the U.S. Supreme Court, with the exception of the one or two judges that bucked the system."

This is sheer insanity and any law school which hires him as a teacher is perpetrating fraud on its students.

Thanks for posting this ludicrous writing. Nothing indicates the sheer ridiculousness of some of the people here better than that. It gives new scope to the word "crackpot".

Lucky Terri! All the law did for her was confine her to a windowless cell for years, embezzle her entire trust fund, and put her to a horrendous death by torture. It wouldn't even let her have Holy Communion.

It's almost more due process than a person can stand.

Why bother saying so? I don't believe anyone in the history of the world has argued the contrary.

You're welcome. I do hope you will read it. Amos doesn't make his points, as you do, by calling people "nuts" and "crackpots" or "ludicrous." He makes it from the founding documents and from constitutional history.
