It is the complete exaggerations that I comment on. Your leg is not going to get you "executed" that is just silly.
Calling a society which spends billions on the medical care of the lowest bums off the streets, which puts forth incredible effort to save premature babies, desperately ill patients, criminals shot by other criminals "Pro Death" is simply a total falsehood. NO society in the entire history of mankind has EVER treated the ill and sick with as many resources as does ours.

No one says Terri was not "worthy to live". But the decision to remove the feeding tube was based on the conviction of the Court (which had NO interest in the case other than legal ones) that nothing but further degeneration was going to occur. IT was convinced there was no chance of anything but a further lingering death and in no way was the tool of the husband. It may have been wrong but to attack the judge as a "murderer" or part of some gigantic conspiracy is wrong. To attack the doctors as murderers is wrong. To attack those who do not see this the same as you as Pro Death is wrong.

And resources must be considered. There simply are not an infinite amount available to do EVERYTHING that could be done for everybody forever. There is nothing heartless about this. They must be used efficiently for the good of all of us.

George Felos initiated a social revolution also known as euthanasia in Florida. He staked out Florida to begin his grandiose experiment with people's lives. He split Terri's rehab money with Atty Debra Bushnell. Funny how Judge Greer didn't give Terri her rehab money and then there was none.

No rehabilitation.

Terri had a trust fund in her name to provide her care. Do you know where most of her money went?

I am sorry. I do not agree. Resources are available, especially today. One thing leads to another. It may outrage you now thinking that a person with a bum leg could be targeted for death. When we agree that someone else gets to decide our fate, we can't always say that the people, will have control of what courts decide. Its like when you give an inch, someone will take a mile. YOU, may no longer be able to control this. It could cause you great sorrow. It is easy to let go of a person like Terri, you, have never been in her position. God help you if you are. Quality of of Life? People that are physically fit often have no quality of life. How is this determined? One mans quality may differ from anothers. All I will say to you is that you, will not be able to persuade me in the notion that kllling someone by not providing food and water is just. If that was the case, I would not feel a bit bad for the people in Darfur. If they cannot provide and protect themselves, then they deserve death. Absolutely no one should intervene!
