TOWSON, Md. A Maryland woman is being held on two (m) million dollars' bail after police say she rammed her pickup truck into a boy being pushed in a stroller.
Police say Lazara Arellano De Hogue dragged the child for three-quarters of a mile, killing him.
De Hogue is been charged with hit and run, and police say additional charges are pending.
Authorities say De Hogue slammed her Dodge Ram into three-year-old Elijah Cozart and his grandmother on a busy street in Towson Friday afternoon.
Police say the stroller became trapped in the undercarriage of the truck, but that De Hogue did not stop until the boy fell to the pavement on a side street closer to her apartment.
De Hogue has a bail review scheduled for Monday.

You could point fingers at white people and call it a racism thing, but it's really a resident status issue. I don't care if the illegal resident is Latino, Muslim, French, German or Irish. If they hadn't entered the country illegally, they couldn't have committed a crime against an American child. Don't they have babies in strollers to mow down in their own country? Leave ours alone.

Evidently the woman is here legally, has been unemployed and on pain meds for two years, and ran off thinking that she'd only hit the grandmother "a little". So I guess that was gonna be OK then.
Paul Harvey excels at finding tragic, heartbreaking stories and ruining your day with them. If a woman backs over her grandchild, or a man shoots his son in a hunting accident, you'll be sure to hear of it on Paul Harvey's show (one of the resons I stopped listening to it).

But if that 3 year-old WERE an illegal, his parents and he shouldn't have been here in the first place and he MIGHT still be alive somewhere in Mexico or Central America.
And the statistic is that the illegals are killing 12 people a day, people who would probabky STILL ALSO be alive had the drivers who killed them NOT been here.

Police just found a van loaded with 12 illegals here in our small town last Friday -- thank goodness we don't coddle them here and they were actually taken into custody and the drive of the van arrested.
