Ah, but they weren't illegal or unconstitutional. That was an "apology" in the same vein as Bill Clinton's apology for the crusades.

The internment camps were LEGAL and CONSTITUTIONAL. Notice we only paid "reparations" to the ethnic minority internees.... Germans and Italian internees weren't apologized to or paid.
